DANAConnect presents the Inbound Manager module, which allows receiving information and input through multiple channels.
The platform also begins to integrate all the technologies available in the IoT (Internet of Things) to enrich the communications-centric solutions created for business.
2016

DANAConnect presents its first version for small and medium enterprises, taking advantage of its previous experience in large corporations, and adjusting it to be easily adopted by companies of any size.

2015

An important telecommunications company with more than 20 million subscribers trusts DANAConnect with all its outgoing automatic communications.

The automation of the client’s life cycle was completely adjusted from the capture of the potential client to the delivery of the invoice and the recovery of lost customers.
2013

DANAConnect expands its coverage of SMS and automated calls worldwide.

The company launches DANAConnect to the market

A campaign management tool for large companies that combines multiple channels (email, SMS and automated calls). From the beginning, the service was designed to work from the cloud (SaaS) that was not common at that time, especially in large companies.
2004

DANAConnect starts as a software development company.

Initially, the company focused on serving large telecommunications and cable companies in the development of solutions that would allow the optimization of communications with customers. The integrations between systems and the creation of high availability and rapid components were the company’s work.
